4-Week Balance Training Program
Learn to improve your stability and agility to prevent harmful falls! Space is limited to 5 students per class, 3 student minimum. *students must first be approved for the balance program with an individual health assessment and consultation
Each week there will be 1 hour of specialized balance, agility, and core stabilization exercises catered to the individuals in each class. Cost is $250/person for the 4-week program
