Do a 20 minute treadmill workout with 4 peak intervals.

[Intensity scale 1 to 10]

2min @ level 5 then 1 min @ each 6, 7, 8, 9 for 3 cycles and the last set is 1 min @ 6, 7, 8, 9, 10!

Then a 1 min cool down
